1. Can men use these products?

Yes, ALL our products are gender neutral, they can be used by both men and women!


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be FULFILLED (not including holidays). Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your item, depending on the shipping option you chose. 


3. Are these products really natural?

Yes, ALL our products use NATURAL products during manufacturing. 


4. I didn't receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent to the email that's given when you place your order, please be sure this is accurate so you can track your package.

If you have any issues with not receiving a tracking number, please email us directly at sales@hdbymaggie.com.


5. I forgot to add my discount code at checkout, can I still get my discount?

You have to be sure to use your discount code at checkout for the sale pricing to apply.


6.Can I purchase larger quantity orders than the ones listed?
 

Yes, please EMAIL customer service (sales@hdbymaggie.com)  with the quantities you need and the items you would like. Please, let us know how we can accommodate you!


7. My order came damaged, what do I do?
Please, email customer service and include your Name, Email, and Order number. Attach any pictures you may have taken. We will gladly file a claim and get a new item out to you!
